There are daily flights to Hiroshima from Haneda in Tokyo, Kagoshima in Kyushu, Naha in Okinawa and Sapporo in Hokkaido.

The Shinkansen (bullet train) connects Hiroshima with Tokyo, Osaka, Fukuoka(Hakata) and other major cities.

By Ship

Ships run daily between Hiroshima and Matsuyama (in Shikoku) and Hiroshima and Beppu (in Kyushu). There are also ferry services to Etajima Island, Nihoshima island, and others.
